We want the program format, its cost, and the terms of participation to be clear to you before your studies begin.
Programs and pricing
Current program content and indicative prices are shown on the site. The final package and price are confirmed before booking and depend on the format, duration, accommodation, and add-ons you choose.
Booking and payment
A place on an in-person program is reserved after the terms are agreed and a deposit is paid. For the Autumn 2026 first-launch price of $3,940, a deposit by 17 October 2026 is enough to keep that price; the remaining payment follows the schedule in your proposal. The deposit amount is confirmed before you book. The $60 registration fee is extra and is not part of the program price.
Program changes
We aim to run the program in the published format. When needed, individual elements — for example class times, an excursion, a teacher, a guide, or the order of activities — may change while keeping the overall scope and content of the program.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms depend on the program you choose and are shared before payment. For in-person programs, terms may also depend on the rules of lodging providers and other partners involved.
Participant responsibility
The participant is responsible for a valid passport, visa requirements, medical insurance, and compliance with entry and stay rules in Georgia. If you need information to prepare for the trip, we will help within our competence.
